Contact form
When you send an inquiry we receive your name, e-mail and message and, if you enter them, the venue name and phone. We use them only to answer the inquiry and arrange a demo. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not share the data with third parties or use it for advertising. We keep it for as long as the conversation lasts, at most two years.
The app and ordering
For the amiguest app (iPhone, Android, and the browser after scanning a QR code) we process only what is needed for an order to reach the kitchen and the waiter:
- orders: what you ordered, for which table and when, plus calls to the waiter and bill requests;
- takeaway, bookings and the waitlist: name, number of people, time, a note, and your phone and e-mail if you enter them. The restaurant you order from or book with sees this data so it can serve you;
- an account for points (optional): name, e-mail and password, your points at each restaurant, the rewards you took and the history of orders linked to the account. We never see your password; only a secure hash is stored;
- notifications (only if you turn them on): the device address for notifications given by Apple, Google or your browser, your language and what you follow (an order, a booking, a waitlist place). We only notify you about those; turn them off in your phone's or browser's settings.
The camera is used only to read the QR code on your device: no images are stored or sent. On your device the app remembers your language, your cart and your past orders (to order them again). There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and data is never sold or shared for marketing.
The legal bases are carrying out the order or booking you asked for, and your consent for an account with points. Data is kept on our server in the European Union (France, provider Hostinger). You delete your account yourself in the app (Delete account): the sign-in is removed immediately. Order records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require; anything else is deleted on request to amidal@amidal.hr. The app is not intended for children under 16.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or advertising services, so there is no consent banner. Fonts and images are served from our own server, with no connection to Google or other providers.
If you pick a language, your browser remembers that choice in local storage (localStorage) on your device only, so it shows you the same language next time. It is never sent anywhere and you can remove it by clearing the site's data in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data by writing to amidal@amidal.hr. You may also complain to the Croatian data protection authority (azop.hr).
